UBC was formed with the sole intention of providing a forum to Brahman Entrepreneurs to Connect and Grow – Grow the Community and Grow the Business

The word Culture in UBC has a significant meaning and conveys a deep purpose.
Culture – in reference to business, has the potential to build or destroy, it can make or break.

Culture cannot be built overnight. It is the outcome of miniscule actions, habits, responses to situations, communication that happens around and a series of such repetitive things.

Culture is a reflection of the leadership – be it the management or the entrepreneur. Putting it simply ‘ As you sow, so you reap ‘. If the entrepreneur endorses punctuality, customer centricity, well-being, collaboration, go-get attitude etc. and demonstrates these through her/his own actions, it undoubtedly creates a healthy, growth driven culture.

In a fast, evolving and developing business environment, the entrepreneur needs to have persistency and self belief only then will the business flourish to its potential.

As an Entrepreneur , it’s time to introspect and realign yourself to create the Culture in the first place – a Culture you would like to be looked-up to, a Culture which will stay in the thick & thin of your business, a Culture which will drive the way things should be happening irrespective of your involvement.
